Williams is an independent Web3 developer and indie builder based in Lagos, Nigeria. He builds autonomous on-chain agents, DeFi tooling, x402 payment-gated APIs, and smart contracts across Base, Ethereum, and Robinhood Chain (an Arbitrum Orbit L2). He earns through freelance development, 0xwork bounties, ambassador programs, and technical content.

He handles the full stack end-to-end: Solidity contracts (Hardhat + OpenZeppelin), multi-wallet Telegram bot architectures with AES-256-GCM encrypted key storage, Groq-powered AI grading APIs, and PostgreSQL state machines on Render + Neon. 150-test suites, 47-assertion sim harnesses, and real mainnet deployments. A stealth cloud browser, driven by a model that sees only the accessibility tree, attempts the one action a site exists for (signup, buy, integrate, book, contact) and returns an A-F grade, the named blockers, and the replay. Verdicts recompute from the stored transcript on every read, so correcting the grader re-grades all history. The audit endpoint spends real tokens, so it is gated: ten runs a day, one browser at a time.
